It’s been over a month since iContract launched live as a platform and it’s been an exciting time with things moving at a rapid pace, with our contractor community ever expanding, more recruiters and hiring managers registering with the platform and posting more live contracts on a regular basis.
It doesn’t stop there though as we have much more in the pipeline, here’s a few things you can look forward to that are happening with iContract!
There’s been great traction online with the site with many people using it to register for a profile, complete their profiles and applying for jobs and messaging people. Thank you to all who have taken the time to engage with the platform on this level as we know time can be precious and life is busy, so taking time out of your hectic schedules is really appreciated and great to know you’re finding value from iContract.
We live in a digitally connected world which has made life ten times faster and we now live our lives on the go. So it’s natural that the next step for iContract is to develop our Mobile App. This is an exciting time for us and we know the Mobile App will improve the user experience of iContract for users and make applying for contracts and interacting with others much easier.
As well as make iContract a platform that helps contractors, we also want it to be a platform that will help recruiters and hiring managers. And in this case, our proposed plans for a Rating System will help both!
We want contractors who use iContract to have success with it, particularly in finding a new contract, so our planned Rating System will give contractors the chance to boost their profile to prospective employers. Contractors will able to get rated by previous employers, which will undoubtedtly strengthen their profile and set them apart from applicants.
For recruiters and hiring managers, this will also help them assess candidates more effectively. It promises to be much more than a simple star rating so do watch this space!
With iContract, you can enjoy interactivity with our direct messaging system where you can chat with others and also be invted to apply for positions via a direct message from job posters.
We’re going to be enhancing iContract’s community, making it more interactive with our planned social universe. Users will have the chance to share content and comment on articles and engage in discussions and ask questions in a more open way that involves more people.
These 3 future features we’re very excited, so stay tuned for further updates, and if you haven’t already, be sure to register with iContract as a contractor for free at icontract.co.uk
