Our Super Simple Guide

  • Once you’re logged into your account, click on the ‘ratings tab’ on the left-hand side toolbar.


  • Now, click the larger green button that says ‘request rating from clients and peers to build reputation now.


  • The skills you have listed in your profile will appear at the top of the page. These are the skills that your client or peer can rate you on.


  • If there is a skill that you would like to be rated on, but it doesn’t appear on this page, you need to go back to your profile and add this skill to your list.


  • Next, you need to enter the details of your client or peer reviewer. You will need to add their email, name, title and organisation.


  • We recommend adding a short note, to let your reviewer know what you’re requesting.


  • The reviewer then has the opportunity to rate you on your skills, as well as rate you across our 5 mandatory fields, competence, communication, consistency, cooperation and character.


  • You need to obtain ratings from three reviewers before you have the opportunity to display your rating score on your profile.


  • Once you have received all three reviews your ratings will be compiled into an insight report and will be visible to talent seekers at your choice.


  • Displaying your ratings is a fantastic way to increase the visibility of your profile and stand out to talent seekers.


  • Displaying your rating score is optional and you can switch your rating visibility on or off at any time.
